INTERIOR DESIGN & BUILDOUT

 

NASH provides seamless coordination of your interior build-out through the design and buildout construction process. NASH issues contracts and purchase orders to trade contractors and suppliers. 
 

DESIGN/BUILD

The design/build method of project delivery is a single contract between an owner and a contractor, where the contractor accepts responsibility for architectural /engineering design and the construction of the building. We have completed hundreds of design/build projects with many different architectural and engineering firms.

At NASH, we assemble a team of professionals whose qualifications best suit the project at hand. This method is popular for many reasons.

• Price and schedule certainty. Design/build services can offer owners fixed-price, one-stop shopping.

• Fast turnaround. Faster design and construction allows owners to pay less interest on a construction loan and begin a revenue stream earlier because the building is completed sooner.

• Single-point responsibility. This is, generally, a construction manager or general contractor who subcontracts the architect/engineer.

NASH Construction provides early input on constructability, schedule and cost issues. This allows the project scope to be tailored to meet the owner's requirements while maintaining the convenience of single-source responsibility.

From pre-construction meetings with clients and architects to progress meetings with subcontractors, NASH works in partnership with fellow team members to achieve project objectives.

 

NASH performs pre-construction, construction management, general contracting, trade work, design/build and consulting services to meet clients' construction needs on every front. From the initial stages of project planning and development through the construction phase and project delivery, NASH works in partnership with clients under a variety of contract types and delivery methods, including lump sum, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and negotiated procurement.

 

NASH supports each project with a technical staff of highly trained construction professionals and a team of specialists in partnering, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, safety, and community relations. This in-house expertise provides clients with the peace of mind that all technical and administrative issues are properly managed on each project.
