In developing network scheduling, the first step is to identify activities that involve resources and cost over time. The second requirement is to identify events and when activities must be accomplished. The activities and event-flow define the tasks in terms of time, cost and resources. 

 

Professional services and Construction/Project Management tools provide a vast amount of detail and asset screening tools that help identify variances, deviations or exceptions.  The ability to identify activities where performance is either exceptionally good or poor affords us the opportunity to plan and implement appropriate management action.

 

The capabilities of our management systems extend to the integrated planning and control of time, cost (budgeted versus actual) and resources in both single and multiple project environments. Our Professional services in IT, Construction/Project Management tools by choice are the Primavera and Expedition, but other software identified by Client’s IT group can be incorporated.
