SUSTAINABLE BUILDING

Our goal as a company is to incorporate sustainable construction practices into each project while maintaining awareness of the needs, desires, and available resources of our clients. Members of the project team strive to strike a delicate balance between project cost and environmental impact.

We link to the United States Green Building Council. The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System™ is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. LEED provides a complete framework for assessing building performance and meeting sustainability goals. Based on well-founded scientific standards, LEED emphasizes state-of-the-art strategies for innovative design, sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality. Regardless of whether a project is going for LEED certification or just using the LEED Rating System® as a guide, NASH brings the skills and experience necessary to achieve our clients’ goals for sustainable, high performing buildings.
