The primary goal of any Professional services, Construction management program is the implementation of quality work within the project’s time and cost limits. NASH Project Team offers a diversity of personnel and significant experience in Construction management & program management; we can ensure successful results in this bold initiative taken by Clients. The NASH Project Team can deliver an expedient and cost-effective service that emphasizes:

  • An integrated and unified Construction & Construction Management/ Contract administration/

  • Project management

  • Customer-oriented solutions

  • Projects delivered on time and within budget

  • On-going dedication to improving the process

This last point should not be overlooked. One of the problems with the old system was that there were too few people contributing to the improvement of the workflow.

A primary component of our approach is the formation of a Construction management /Project management structure that establishes a strong central administration and a central point of client contact. This can be accomplished by assigning a Project Executive and a Construction Manager/Project Manager with experience in similar projects.  The Project Executive will be responsible for the overall performance of the Project Team, contractual issues, allocation of resources and QA. The Construction Manager /Project Manager will be responsible for the development of the project on a day-to-day basis and the total delivery of professional services.

The Project Manager will be assisted by a team of dedicated professionals that will be focused on all phases of the review process. The Construction Manager/ Project Manager will critically review the impact of all decisions affecting the flow of project review.  He will develop a construction management plan that encompasses:
