NASH understands that any assignment with Clients or own contract build by self must be performed in accordance with professional Standards and the Municipal Code of the City/Village/County regulatory role and within the time frame approved by the Clients. These standards are based on well-established health, safety and environmental considerations intended to protect the integrity of the buildings and the welfare of the public. NASH also understands that the assignment must be accomplished at the lowest possible cost and be completed on schedule while meeting the operational and specific objectives of the Clients. NASH’s proposal recognizes the multidisciplinary character of this new Construction & Contract Management services and addresses the challenge by merging substantial resources that complete our own management capabilities. Merging professionals of various technical backgrounds and disciplines rarely works as an effective team unless they are led by respected professionals who are themselves familiar and comfortable with all aspects of the proposed scope. In assembling our team, NASH has selected a well-balanced group of Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Fire Protection Engineers and Environmental Engineers with broad and deep backgrounds in their areas of expertise. This is the skill level that we feel is necessary in order to successfully integrate individuals into one effective, multidisciplinary team.

Project Team

Based on our understanding of the assignment, we have identified and invited key sub-contractors most appropriate for participation on our project Team. Criteria in selecting sub-contractors included technical expertise, caliber of personnel available for assignment, experience in construction and building Codes, firm-wide competency, on-time performance and cost control. We have assembled a highly skilled team that meets those organizational objectives.

The NASH Project Team will bring to Clients extensive experience of Construction management; Architectural and Engineering & Consulting Services, having worked in both the private and public sectors. This combined knowledge gives us the requisites to understand the private sector’s requirements for prudent Construction management & project management, and the public sector’s decision-making processes. Our talented and innovative personnel have proven track-records in providing services such as Construction management, Contract administration, conceptual designs, detailed design, procurement and construction support services. From this private production sense, our staff can offer public mandated review services that are more tuned to the clients’ objectives and expectations, while fully meeting the quality assurance/ quality control levels that the clients expect.

Interior Design

NASH provides seamless coordination of your interior build-out through the design and construction process. NASH issues contracts and purchase orders to trade contractors and suppliers.

All work, performed by a NASH Construction trade contractor, will be covered under a one-year-warranty from NASH Construction.

We can provide design services or if you are working with a designer, we will gladly work with your design professional to bring your dreams to reality.

Design/Build

The design/build method of project delivery is a single contract between an owner and a contractor, where the contractor accepts responsibility for architectural /engineering design and the construction of the building. We have completed hundreds of design/build projects with many different architectural and engineering firms.

Single-point responsibility. This is, generally, a construction manager or general contractor who subcontracts the architect/engineer.
